Our Story

Hi, I’m Jordan, owner of Oregon Foundation Inspections. I was born and raised in Oregon. I started in the foundation industry in 2006, building foundations and learning how a structure’s long-term stability comes together, from pouring concrete to how it all holds up over time. Since then, I’ve worked directly with engineers, foundation repair companies, plumbers, electricians, general contractors and more. That hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of what makes a foundation strong and what causes it to fail. Over time, I moved into the repair side of the industry, where I found what I enjoy most: helping homeowners understand and protect their biggest investment.

I’ve seen too many homeowners get confused or overcharged because of vague reports, inflated quotes and a lack of clear guidance. That’s why I started OFI, to offer an honest, independent alternative. I deliver a comprehensive foundation report and a written repair scope with a fair price range, covering foundation cracks, retaining walls, basement waterproofing, crawlspace issues, drainage and slab settlement. My process is thorough. I look at the county information and ask about the home’s history, because the past often explains the present. Then I measure and map the home, take elevation readings, inspect the crawlspace or basement, and walk you through every finding, explaining why it’s happening and how to fix it, without the pressure of an upsell.
